We make Schueco CT 70 windows and Schueco sliding doors at our St Marys factory, glazed and ready to install, and deliver them to your site from St Marys. Send the window schedule and you get one quote covering every opening, with the documentation your certifier and energy assessor will ask for.

Maximum sizes are Schueco limits and depend on wind load, reinforcement, glazing and colour. We check every opening on your schedule against them.

Sizes against Schueco's tables, glass weight, safety glass zones, fall protection, and anything that doesn't suit the opening type. Issues come back marked up, not buried in the price.

Final sizes confirmed against site measurements, colours and glass signed off, lead time agreed against your program.

Things we catch at quote stage
Most window problems on site start as a schedule problem. These are the ones we look for:
- Oversized sashes. An unreinforced white CT 70 sash tops out at 800 × 1000 mm. Above that, or in any foil colour, the sash needs steel reinforcement or bonded glazing, which we price in.
- Heavy glass. Triple and acoustic units add weight, and Schueco limits sashes by glass weight. A big triple glazed sash may need a different opening type.
- Large coloured units. A foiled CT 70 element is limited to a smaller area than a white one, so large coloured windows may need a mullion.
- Inward-opening sashes. Tilt and turn windows open into the room. We flag clashes with benches, stairs and blinds.
- Bedroom windows on upper floors. We mark openings where the NCC may need a restrictor or barrier, so your certifier sees it before the frames are made.
- Threshold heights. CT 70 and SoftSlide doors have a 20 mm threshold; EasySlide has a flush one. Floor set-downs need to suit.

Apartments, townhouses and duplexes
On multi-residential jobs the window package is large, repetitive and checked by several consultants. CT 70 helps because windows, French doors and fixed lights share one frame, so elevations stay consistent from unit to unit.
- Glass specified per facade to meet the acoustic report, up to Rw 47 dB tested
- Tilt and turn sashes cleaned from inside, which matters above ground floor
- Parallel vent position for locked ventilation, still RC 2
- Schueco glass or bar fall protection for full-height openings (check NCC per project)
- Delivery planned by building, stage or level

Questions from builders and architects
Do you install the windows?
No, we focus on supply: we make the windows and doors at our St Marys factory, glaze them and deliver them, and your team or your installer fits them. If you need installers, we can recommend an experienced, reputable team we've worked with for many years.
What do you need to quote?
A window and door schedule, or plans and elevations with the openings marked. Sizes, opening types, glazing requirements (BASIX, acoustic, safety glass), frame colours and the site location. PDF or DWG is fine.
Will the windows match the BASIX certificate?
Yes, if we have it when we quote. We price the glass units listed on the certificate and give your assessor WERS rating IDs if the certificate isn't done yet.
Can you supply apartments and townhouse projects?
Yes. Multi-residential jobs get a window schedule check against Schueco's size tables, acoustic and fall protection requirements flagged per opening, and delivery planned by building or by level.
