uPVC windows supplier for Western Sydney

We're based in St Marys, so Western Sydney is our local market. Builders here deal with hot summers, tougher BASIX energy targets, and a new 24-hour airport opening at Badgerys Creek. We supply Schueco uPVC windows and doors made for all three.

Councils and building work

"Western Sydney" covers a lot of ground. The NSW Government's Western Parkland City takes in eight councils: Blue Mountains, Camden, Campbelltown, Fairfield, Hawkesbury, Liverpool, Penrith and Wollondilly. Builders also count Blacktown, Parramatta, Cumberland and The Hills as the west. We have separate pages for Penrith, Blacktown, Parramatta, the Hills District, South West Sydney and the Blue Mountains; this page is the overview.

Most of the work is detached homes and townhouses in new release estates, plus knock-down rebuilds in established suburbs. Around the new airport, the Western Sydney Aerotropolis is being planned as a jobs and housing centre, with Bradfield City Centre at its core. The M12 Motorway opened in March 2026 to connect the airport to the M7, and the Sydney Metro line from St Marys to Bradfield is under construction.

In the Hawkesbury, Windsor and Richmond are some of the oldest towns in the state, so renovation work there often comes with heritage controls on what new windows can look like. CT 70's Classic and Rondo sash contours and woodgrain foils give you options when a council wants a traditional look.

What to plan for

Heat, BASIX and the airport

Summer heat

Western Sydney runs hotter than the coast in summer, and west-facing glass is where houses overheat. The fix is in the glass: our WERS ratings for CT 70 tilt and turn, casement and awning windows cover SHGC values from 0.12 to 0.39, so the assessor can choose low-gain glass for west and north-west elevations and clearer glass where you want winter sun.

BASIX targets

Since 1 October 2023, most new homes in NSW need BASIX thermal performance equivalent to 7 NatHERS stars, and energy targets rose too. The NSW Government's own example: a house in Western Sydney moved from a BASIX Energy target of 50 to 70. Windows with low U-values and the right SHGC make the thermal side easier to hit.

Aircraft noise

Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport starts passenger flights on 25 October 2026, and its flight paths took effect in July 2026. Suburbs close to the airport, such as Luddenham, Greendale and Badgerys Creek, get the most overflights. Check each address on the government's WSI flight path tool, then specify glass to the acoustic report.

Products

What Western Sydney builders order most

For estate homes: awning and sliding windows on the typical elevations, stacking or lift and slide doors to the alfresco, and tilt and turn where the client wants a window that ventilates while locked.

Supply

Local delivery from St Marys

Our showroom and office are at 21 Severn St, St Marys, in the Dunheved Business Park. For most Western Sydney jobs that means short runs to site, and builders can drop in (by appointment) to check a colour or go through a schedule. Send plans or a window schedule and we'll come back with pricing, a specification check and a lead time.

FAQ

Questions from builders and architects

Do you deliver across Western Sydney?

Yes. We're in St Marys, in the middle of Western Sydney, and deliver to sites, yards and reseller showrooms across the region. Lead times depend on the job, so ask us with your schedule.

What glass suits west-facing windows in Western Sydney?

Low solar heat gain glass. Our WERS ratings for CT 70 tilt and turn, casement and awning windows include SHGC values down to 0.12. Your energy assessor picks the rating that suits each elevation, and we make to that rating.

Do homes near Western Sydney International Airport need acoustic windows?

It depends on the address. Check the site on the Australian Government's WSI flight path tool and get acoustic advice where the forecast noise is high. CT 70 tilt and turn windows are tested to Rw 47 dB with acoustic glass.

Can we see samples close to Western Sydney?

Yes. Our showroom is at 21 Severn St, St Marys. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Friday.
