Schueco uPVC windows and doors, made in Australia
Sustainable Windows Pty Ltd makes Schueco uPVC windows and doors at our factory in St Marys, NSW. Schueco, headquartered in Bielefeld, extrudes the uPVC profiles at its plant in Weißenfels, Germany; we import them and fabricate the finished windows and doors for builders, architects, developers and resellers.
Who we are
Sustainable Windows is a Schueco partner and the exclusive Australian distributor of Schueco. We are the leading manufacturer of Schueco uPVC windows and doors in the Asia Pacific region, and we work from St Marys in Western Sydney.
The split of work is simple. Schueco designs the uPVC systems and extrudes the profiles in Germany. We bring those profiles to Australia, cut, weld, reinforce and glaze them, fit the Schueco hardware, and deliver finished windows and doors to site. We don't make profiles; every frame and sash section we use comes from Schueco.
If you contact Schueco in Australia about uPVC windows, their website sends you to us. That is the clearest way we can describe the relationship: when someone asks Schueco for uPVC windows here, we are who they refer.
What we make
Our windows, French doors and entrance doors are built on Schueco Corona CT 70, a 70 mm, five-chamber uPVC system. Sliding windows, sliding doors and stacking doors use Schueco SoftSlide. Lift and slide doors use Schueco EasySlide.

We don't make hopper, bi-fold or tilt and slide units. Schueco Perfect, the modular system with matched shading and flyscreens, isn't imported yet; register your interest if you'd like to hear when it is.
Who we supply
We sell to the trade. Builders order supply-only windows for new homes, extensions and multi-residential work. Architects and designers come to us for Schueco section drawings, Uf tables and WERS data for NatHERS and BASIX. Resellers buy finished Schueco windows from us and sell them in their own region; our first is Comfort Double Glazed uPVC Windows & Doors in Mango Hill, Queensland.
Homeowners are welcome to look around the site and the showroom. We focus on supply and don't install. For a supply-and-install job, we can recommend an experienced, reputable installation team we've worked with for many years, or a builder or reseller who works with our product.

The Schueco side
The company behind the profiles
Schueco was founded in 1951. Its uPVC business develops and extrudes the window, door and sliding systems we fabricate.
German-extruded profiles
Every CT 70, SoftSlide and EasySlide profile we use is extruded by Schueco in Germany. Our CT 70 profiles use Schueco's Hot Countries (HC) compound, formulated for extreme climates and strong UV.
Recycling
Schueco is a founding member of Rewindo, the first VinylPlus-certified company, and recycles profile offcuts and old windows through RE:CORE.
Documentation
Section drawings, Uf value tables and size limits come from Schueco's own technical documents. We publish what we can on the downloads page and send the rest on request.
Where we supply
Sydney, NSW and interstate
We deliver from St Marys across Sydney and regional NSW, from the Central Coast and Newcastle to Wollongong and the Southern Highlands. Outside NSW, customers buy through resellers, and we're adding reseller partners in other states.
