uPVC windows supplier on the Central Coast
Surf beaches, tidal lakes and bushland hinterland, all inside one council area. Central Coast builders need windows that handle salt air on the coast and meet bushfire requirements a few kilometres inland. We supply Schueco uPVC windows and doors from St Marys.
Central Coast Council
Central Coast Council was formed in 2016 from Gosford City and Wyong Shire. It was suspended in 2020 and run by an administrator until the September 2024 local government elections returned an elected council. Its area runs from the Hawkesbury River to the southern shore of Lake Macquarie, taking in Woy Woy, Umina, Gosford, Erina, Terrigal, Avoca Beach, The Entrance, Tuggerah, Wyong, Toukley and Budgewoi.
Most of the building work is detached homes and knock-down rebuilds, with apartments growing around Gosford's waterfront and the larger centres. The Central Coast is one of the regions covered by the NSW low and mid-rise housing policy from February 2025, which allows terraces, townhouses and small apartment buildings near nominated stations and town centres.
Three kinds of site
Ocean front. Terrigal, Avoca, Copacabana and the beaches north to Norah Head take salt spray and onshore wind. uPVC frames don't rust or need repainting, and CT 70's steel reinforcement is corrosion-protected inside the profile. Sash sizes depend on wind class, so send the classification with the schedule.
Lakes and Brisbane Water. Tuggerah Lakes and Brisbane Water bring water views and wide openings. EasySlide lift and slide vents reach 3225 × 2450 mm with a flush threshold, and SoftSlide stacking doors run on a 3-track frame.
Hinterland. National parks and state forest along the ranges put many hinterland and edge-of-town lots on the bush fire prone land map. The BAL is assessed per site, so send the assessment with the schedule and we'll confirm what we can supply.

Delivery up the M1
We deliver Central Coast orders from St Marys via the M1 Pacific Motorway. Because it's a longer run than our Sydney deliveries, we plan Coast deliveries around your program when the order is confirmed; give us the address and target dates with the enquiry. For BASIX, your assessor can use our 340 WERS ratings directly. AS 2047 test reports are available on request.
Window companies on the Coast can also buy from us and resell; see the reseller programme.

FAQ
Questions from builders and architects
Do you deliver to the Central Coast?
Yes. We deliver from St Marys to sites across the Central Coast Council area, from Woy Woy and Gosford to Wyong and Budgewoi. Tell us the address and program when you enquire so we can plan the run.
Are uPVC windows suited to beachfront homes at Terrigal or Avoca?
The frames are: uPVC doesn't corrode or need repainting, and CT 70's steel reinforcement is corrosion-protected inside the profile. Talk to us about hardware and wind classification for the most exposed elevations.
Can you supply bushfire-prone sites in the hinterland?
Send us the site's BAL assessment first. BAL is assessed per site and sets the construction requirements for windows and doors; we'll tell you what we can supply for that level. We don't make general BAL claims.
Are you looking for a reseller on the Central Coast?
We're open to window companies who want to sell Schueco uPVC windows in their region. See the reseller page or mention it in your enquiry.
