uPVC windows supplier in South West Sydney

South West Sydney is where the new airport, the Aerotropolis and some of Sydney's largest greenfield estates meet. That puts aircraft noise, motorway noise and BASIX targets on the same window schedule. We supply Schueco uPVC windows and doors for it from St Marys.

Councils and growth

South West Sydney spans five councils: Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly. Fairfield and the older parts of Liverpool and Campbelltown are established suburbs with plenty of knock-down rebuilds and dual occupancies. Camden and the western half of Liverpool hold the South West Growth Area, with estates at Oran Park, Gregory Hills, Leppington, Austral, Edmondson Park and Catherine Field. Wollondilly is semi-rural, with towns like Picton, Tahmoor and Appin.

The Western Sydney Aerotropolis around the airport is planned as a new employment and housing centre, with Bradfield City Centre at its core. The M12 Motorway opened in March 2026 between Elizabeth Drive and The Northern Road, joining the M7 in June, and the Sydney Metro line from St Marys to Bradfield is under construction.

Aircraft noise from WSI

Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport starts passenger flights on 25 October 2026 and operates 24 hours. Its flight paths took effect in July 2026 as part of a Sydney airspace change. Forecasts published with the draft environmental impact statement in 2023 put Greendale at 20 to 49 flights a day above 70 dB by 2033 when aircraft use the runway in one direction, and Luddenham and Badgerys Creek also get flights above 70 dB. Places further out, like Rossmore, get flights well below that level. A night-time noise abatement procedure, when safe, is meant to route flights away from dense areas.

Look the address up on the government's WSI flight path tool, and get an acoustic report for sites with high forecast noise. The window is usually the facade's weakest point. Schueco tested a CT 70 tilt and turn window at Rw 47 dB with acoustic laminated glass; EasySlide lift and slide doors reach up to Rw 43 dB.

Estate homes under new conditions

Acoustic without overspending

Not every room needs the same glass. Bedrooms facing the flight path or a motorway get the acoustic build-up; the rest of the house can use standard double glazing. We price each opening separately so the acoustic spend goes where the report asks for it.

Heat and BASIX

South West summers are hot, and BASIX now asks for a 7-star NatHERS equivalent on most new homes. Our CT 70 opening windows have WERS ratings with SHGC as low as 0.12 for west-facing glass, and Uw down to 1.2 W/(m²K) for tilt and turn.

Ventilating quiet rooms

Tilt and turn windows ventilate in the tilt position while locked, and Schueco VarioTec's parallel vent position opens about 6 mm while keeping RC 2 security. The acoustic report should say how ventilation is handled.

Supply

From St Marys, south along the M7 and The Northern Road

We deliver from St Marys to sites across the South West, to site or to your yard. Wollondilly's rural towns sit among bushland, and the 2019–20 Green Wattle Creek fire burned through parts of the shire. If your site is mapped bush fire prone, the BAL is assessed per site; send it with the schedule and we'll confirm what we can supply.

FAQ

Questions from builders and architects

Which South West suburbs are under the Western Sydney International flight paths?

Forecasts published with the airport's draft environmental impact statement in 2023 put Greendale at 20 to 49 flights a day above 70 dB by 2033 when the runway is used in one direction, with Luddenham and Badgerys Creek also above 70 dB. Rossmore gets some flights, well below 70 dB. Check each address on the WSI flight path tool and get acoustic advice where needed.

Do you supply growth area estates in Oran Park, Leppington and Austral?

Yes. We deliver from St Marys to estates across Camden and Liverpool, and can quote a builder's range of house types together.

What about bushfire-prone land in Wollondilly?

Many rural Wollondilly sites are mapped bush fire prone. The BAL is assessed for each site, so send the assessment with your schedule and we'll tell you what we can supply. We don't make general BAL claims.
