Orders go out from St Marys. We deliver to site, to your yard or to a reseller showroom, and plan the delivery against your build program when the order is confirmed. Lead times depend on the job, so ask us with your schedule.
The rules that change what you order are the same across NSW: BASIX sets the energy targets, and your energy assessor needs WERS data for each window. We have 340 WERS ratings listed under "Sustainable Windows", covering CT 70 and SoftSlide products. What changes by area is the site: aircraft and road noise, coastal salt air, bushfire-prone land, cold winters on the ranges. The area pages cover those.
